How do I request a website update?
You can submit updates anytime via our client portal, Monstrous Kitchen. During normal business hours, most requests are handled within 1–24 business hours.
Will I own the ad accounts?
Yes, we manage them on your behalf, but everything is created in your name so you retain full ownership and transparency.
Is PPC included in all plans?
PPC management is included only in the Website + SEO + Ads plan, but you can add it to any subscription as an upgrade.
Do I get access to campaign results?
