How do I request a website update?
You can submit updates anytime via our client portal, Monstrous Kitchen. During normal business hours, most requests are handled within 1–24 business hours.

Will I own the ad accounts?
Yes, we manage them on your behalf, but everything is created in your name so you retain full ownership and transparency.
Is PPC included in all plans?
PPC management is included only in the Website + SEO + Ads plan, but you can add it to any subscription as an upgrade.
Do I get access to campaign results?
Yes. We provide monthly reports showing ad performance, spend, leads, and recommendations for ongoing optimization.
Do you provide the ad creative?
Yes. Our team creates the ad copy, graphics, and landing pages. If you have your own assets, we can incorporate those too.
What platforms do you manage ads for?
We manage campaigns for Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and can discuss others like YouTube or LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, and others based on your goals.
Can you optimize my existing content or blog?
Absolutely. If you have existing content, we can audit and optimize it as part of your plan. We also create new content if you need it.
Do you provide reports?
Every month, you’ll receive an SEO performance report detailing rankings, traffic, and actions we’ve taken to improve your site and will have access to our custom SEO Reporting tool, Monstrous Analytics.
Will you improve my Google rankings?
Yes, but ethically and sustainably. SEO is a long game, and we focus on real growth—no shortcuts, no spammy tricks.
Do you provide keyword research?
Yes. We identify strategic keywords during onboarding and use them to guide content structure, page optimization, and future blog topics.
